Woking Pickleball Club is a not for profit organisation, based in Woking, Surrey. Our aim is to source and supply you the consumer a varied range of Pickleball services and products at competitive prices. We value all our members’ views and their comments, it is through your demands that we are able to fulfil our aim. Woking Pickleball Club’s Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following are terms and conditions for the sale of court bookings, services or goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you the consumer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We would advise you to print these terms & conditions of sale for your own reference, as they form part of the contract for the sale of court bookings, services or goods between Woking Pickleball Club and you the consumer.

If you have any issues about our service, or any court bookings, services or goods you have purchased from us, please contact our customer care department at info@wokingpickleball.co.uk or write to the address above.
Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must be over 18 years of age. Currently, for goods, we can only ship to limited countries (please call to see countries we will ship to). By submitting your order you are offering to book a court, or buy services or goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying court bookings, services or goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the court bookings, services or goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order – Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for a court booking, service, or despatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. Your court booking is not valid, and purchases you make of services or goods will not be completed until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.
Prices and Payment
All court bookings, services or goods shipped are priced inclusive of VAT at the Applicable Rate, unless otherwise stated. For goods shipped to the EU or EEA, VAT will not be applied at point of purchase, but duty and VAT may apply on receipt of the items at the destination and are the purchaser’s responsibility.
For out of stock goods items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operate in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate.
All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. Prices are checked regularly, however, whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometimes errors do occur. If prices on web site are shown higher than actual selling price – we will make adjustments and charge the correct price to you, if prices on the web site are shown lower than actual selling price – than we will at our discretion either. a) contact you, cancel your order and refund your money, or b) contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. – Subject to not selling below our cost price.
Credit Card Security
Once you have gone through our checkout, you will be diverted to our protected secure online payment system with our credit card processor, Stripe. Your credit card information will be held in protected SSL secure servers, and we will not have access to your full credit card details, and we will not release information regarding your credit card. Your credit card details will only be used for transactions authorised by you.
We currently only accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, VISA Delta, Switch and Switch Solo.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: customers using Switch should supply a “Start/Issue Date” and an “Issue Number” for the card where applicable, as well as card number and expiry date.)
Cooling-Off Period
By law you have the right to cancel any goods order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. You need to write to us at:

or e-mail us at info@wokingpickleball.co.uk and inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order and get a return reference and return the item to us. We will refund your money less any delivery costs, All we ask is please take care of our goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service.
If you do not return the goods within 14 days of cancellation we will collect the goods from you at your cost, or if requested we will arrange collection of items at your cost.
Once goods are returned to us we will refund you the full amount for the item/s returned within 30 days.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods. and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if the goods are faulty.

Delivery of goods
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you have any problems i.e.
– If you do not receive your goods within 7 days.
– You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery.
please contact us immediately. If you do not contact us within 2 working days from date of receipt, we will assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We cannot entertain any claims for breakage or shortages if 2 working days have lapsed.
If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.
If our couriers attempt to delivery your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.

Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. Please note images used on our web site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. If you find any defects or damages you must inform us by write to us as soon as possible and we will arrange the return of your goods, either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
Goods returns
All Returns must have an issued return reference, with the invoice number. Warranty on all items are RTB (Return to base), item/s must be returned at your cost unless item/s are faulty or sent to you in error (this is non-refundable). All consumable items are not exchangeable or refundable unless found to be faulty. All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and tested, if no fault can be found or suspected fault replicated, then the item/s will be returned to you at your own cost (a handling charge of £25.00 may be incurred for testing items found with no faults) or a refund for the item will be issued and the item restocked (Please note a 15% handling fee will be applied). We will only send replacement goods upon receipt of returned items.

To return any goods to us, you first must call us to obtain an RMA No. Please ensure that you clearly label all goods for return with your Name, Account Number (if you have created an account), RMA number And Order number.

We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions. Please send goods back to us using recorded delivery with insurance, we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit whilst returning to us.
Privacy
Woking Pickleball Club is aware that you the consumer are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you. We respect your privacy and treat all information as private and confidential, we will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of internal accounts purpose, delivery of goods, and for us to keep in contact with you from time to time regarding your order progress. We may also use this information for improving our quality of service and inform you of promotional deals we are offering from time to time.
We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your orders, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery, or unless required by law.

The use of cookies enable us to keep track of your shopping patterns thus enabling us to identify you. Should you wish you can disable a variety of cookies through the cookie settings on the footer of the browser.
